Job Description: Divisional Manager
Divisional Manager will be the Operations and Administrative spoc for 30-40 branches. He / She will coordinate with the Staff (Electrical, Electronics, Furniture, other assets and services). This role is expected to supervise & coordinate with the branches operationally and make sure Infrastructure and Services are provided and managed on a timely basis.
Required Skillset
- Understanding of the various requirements of the School / College / Hostels / Coaching Centres: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Furniture, Uniforms, Sanitary & Hygiene Materials, Security and EHS.
- Vendor Management
- Negotiation
- Relevant Industry / Market experience and Vendor Network
- Commercial knowledge (including IMPEX) required for negotiation of price.
- Indepth understanding of Service Contract T&C
- Good knowledge on various analytical tools, CRM & ERP systems.
- Ability to remotely Manage a team size of atleast 10 spread across India.
- Good in Analytics, data mining for deriving logical conclusion.
- Good in record maintenance, preparation of dashboards
