Job Details

• memorize basic theory of music, i.e. table of notes and respective time values 
• exercise reading skills based on specific texts.
• refine skills in timing, i.e., the ability to sustain an exact tempo for a given period.
• volume control through self-discipline imposed by: Style of piece, Situation & Director.
• Hand and Foot Technique- stick holding technique, arm passage technique & proper foot pedal technique.
