Economics and Commercial Studies Teacher in Rajkot (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced TGT Economics Teacher to join our prestigious CISCE School. As a TGT Economics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in grades 6 to 10, helping them develop a strong understanding of economic principles and theories.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the CISCE curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of economics and incorporate relevant resources into teaching.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Economics to secondary school students.
• Excellent knowledge of the CISCE curriculum and assessment practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
• Valid teaching certification is preferred.
