Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study abroad options, including course selection, university selection, and application process.
• Build and maintain relationships with sub-agents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and assist them in making informed decisions about their education plans.
• Stay updated on educational programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes for various international institutions.
• Assist students in preparing application materials, including essays, recommendation letters, and resumes, while adhering to university guidelines.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions to educate students and parents about overseas education opportunities.
• Monitor and track students' progress throughout the application and admission process, providing necessary guidance and support.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration regulations, visa processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM software or other designated systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in recruitment events, both online and offline.
• Stay updated on global education trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to enhance the services provided by Planet Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in a relevant discipline such as Education, Counseling, or Humanities).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Passion for international education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations.
• Knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities, and educational systems would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with application processes, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements for popular study destinations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently while adhering to deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computers, internet research, and CRM software.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate student needs and participate in events.
• Previous experience in counseling or education-related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
