• Job Location- Sec-49, Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
• Working days 6 days
• Week Offs- Sunday
• Shift timing- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM​

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Counsellor to join our team. The Education Counsellor will play a crucial role in guiding students and working professionals through the education and career planning process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of educational pathways, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalised guidance to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students and parents to understand their educational and career aspirations.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, strengths, and weaknesses to recommend suitable courses and programs.
• Guide students through the college/university application process, including selecting appropriate institutions and programs, preparing application materials, and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest educational trends, programs, and scholarship opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and progress.
• Stay informed about the admission requirements, application procedures, and eligibility criteria of different educational institutions.
• Help students explore potential career paths and align their academic choices with their long-term goals.
