Roles And Responsibilities

• Class Room Observations, Curriculum Designing and planning, providing training to teachers.
• To develop assessment tools for teaching and non-teaching staff members.
• To know and understand their potential and to organize various kinds of relevant skill development programs which focusses on the overall development of the staff members.
• Monitoring academic excellence of schools

Skills Required

• Overall 15 years of teaching experience and 5 years of relevant experience
• Should be post graduate with B.Ed.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Presentation and Analytical Skills
