Educational Trainer - Full Stack Development (SME) (Job Vacancy)

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Full Stack Development (MERN stack) Instructor and Collaborator to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging classes, guiding students through practical projects, and providing support in content development in collaboration with our lead instructor.

• Conduct interactive and informative classes on full stack development topics, ensuring students gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
• Cultivate a collaborative learning environment to encourage student participation and understanding.
• Guide students through practical projects, providing support and insights to help them apply full stack development concepts.
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student projects, aiding in their skill development.
• Assist the lead instructor in developing course content, including lesson plans, assignments, and other instructional materials.
• Provide input and expertise to ensure that the course content remains current and aligned with industry trends.
• Address student questions and concerns related to course content and projects.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student success.
• Collaborate with the lead instructor and curriculum development team to suggest improvements based on student feedback.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with emerging trends in full stack development.

Ideal Candidate

Someone Who Has -

• 3+ years of experience as a developer and 1+ year of teaching experience.
• Proven experience in full stack development, with a strong understanding of key concepts, tools, and programming languages.
• Previous experience in teaching or training, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in full stack development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
