English & Communication Research Associate for College/University (Job Vacancy)

Qualification- Master's in English or Master's in Mass communication. Experience : Min. 2 year to 8 years experience in Soft Skills Training, Communicative English Training, Spoken English Training, Business English Training is required for the job. Job Description: Conducted training sessions to provide students with the tools they need for successful interpersonal communication. It involved teaching how to improve various attributes, such as their speech, body language, behavior, etc. Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the students and planning the training. Instruct students in job seeking, application procedures; resume writing, interview preparation and job retention skills and attitudes. Facilitate career counseling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition. Groomed the students and enhanced their physical appearances to emanate confidence and business professionalism; prepared them for professional interviews and other meetings Profile of a desire candidate : Good Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the audience profile. Presentable, Motivator and good leadership skills. Good people management and interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques. Local candidate will be preferred. Must Know Nepali language. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 10,000- 25,000 per month.
