Job Description

• Teach English language to students preparing for Maharashtra State Exams.
• Should have good command on English and Marathi 
• Develop lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year.
• Instruct students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Use various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.
• Evaluate and grade students’ class work, assignments, and papers.
• Prepare and deliver lectures to students.
• Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
• Prepare and administer tests and assignments to evaluate students’ progress.
• Provide guidance and advice to students on academic and social matters.
• Participate in faculty and staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom.
• Perform certain clerical duties such as maintaining attendance records and writing progress reports.
• Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs, and student organizations.
