Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers and convert leads into enrolments for DroomPlanet programs through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Address student queries related to courses, schedules, and program details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their academic progress and overall experience.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in teachers' and students' batches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on admission metrics, student feedback, and operational performance, parent and teacher queries and other key performance indicators to generate comprehensive monthly reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in admissions management or student relations role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational software platforms.
- Knowledge of the education sector and industry trends.
