Responsibilities:
- Focuses on companies that prioritize succeeding in the talent competition and attracting top-tier individuals to join their organization.
- Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them.
- Builds sales funnels through prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars, cold calling, and office visits.
- Follows-up and actions on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and prospecting activity.
- Creating campaigns for outbound lead generation.
- Reaching out and targeting prospective clients daily.
- Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle.
- Preparing sales and sales-related reports on work and revenue every week.
Requirements
- Solution selling.
- Demonstrate ability to learn and manage relationships with CXOs and large enterprise accounts.
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
- Ability to expand our network and contribute to acquiring new clients.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or experience in sales.
