Qualification, Experience and Expertise
Position: Sr Manager – Enterprise Sales
Responsibilities:
• Enterprise Sales Leadership: Drive the enterprise sales strategy, fostering relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning Univo's education solutions as a strategic asset.
• Industry Exposure: Leverage a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in HR products or related industries, to navigate corporate landscapes effectively or experience of working with CXOs. • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with universities, corporations, and HR professionals to tailor educational solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 Years Experience: Proven track record in enterprise sales, demonstrating success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Corporate Dealing Expertise: Previous experience dealing with corporates and exposure to HR products or relevant industry.
• Education Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector, especially corporate learning solutions, is advantageous.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to tailor Univo's offerings to diverse corporate needs.
