Entrepreneur in residence - International BD (Job Vacancy)

Used by over 80k companies every year and with a candidate pool of 25Mn+, we have become the go to destination for early talent hiring in India. We now want to explore international expansion. The world is ageing and many countries are facing a massive demand for talent. On the contrary, India has a unique combination of a young ambitious population, good English skills, good internet penetration. We believe Indian talent can be a good answer to the global talent shortage and want to make Internshala a gateway to this talent. We are looking for an entrepreneur in residence who can independently drive this for us. Your responsibilities: • This is a 0-1 business and would require you to drive the entire strategy, execution and own the P&L for this business line. • Onboard and coordinate with different country leads to generate demand and fulfil mandates from these countries. • Devise the right frameworks for identifying the right talent, training them and deploying them. • Working with product and design teams to develop necessary collaterals and digital infrastructure to support the business line.
