Responsibilities
• Spearhead the operations and maintenance of campus land and buildings.
• Manage facility management and operational services.
• Coordinate with the campus director to execute plans and events.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise all ground and house staff.
• Provide training and conduct performance reviews for staff.
• Ensure maintenance, repairs, and renovations of buildings and grounds.
• Implement new strategic plans in line with university policies and regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities for compliance and statutory requirements.
• Conduct audits on repairs, maintenance, and safety management.
• Handle estate management and administrative services.
Requirements
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in luxury property management or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of estate management and facility operations.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and government liaisoning.
• Ability to implement strategic plans effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications Candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states are preferred.
