Job Description:

As an Events Operation Executive at Edvoy Educational Services, you will play a key role in the planning, strategizing, and execution of events and educational fairs. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to gain hands-on experience in event management while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. We are ideally looking for a fresh graduate who is enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events from conception through to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets, including cost negotiation, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
• Develop event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee event registration processes, attendee communications, and onsite registration management.
• Liaise with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Evaluate event success using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback metrics, and implement improvements for future events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event management and technology.
• Handle any on-site issues or emergencies that may arise during events, ensuring smooth resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Support post-event activities such as compiling event reports, analysing data, and preparing recommendations for future events.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of event strategies to enhance attendee experience and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a passion for event planning and execution.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
