Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant, located on-site in Chennai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative assistance to the Principal, assisting in preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders of the school.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive administrative assistance and administrative assistance skills
• Expertise in creating and preparing expense reports
• Ability to provide effective executive support and maintain communication with various stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree
