The vision of Bhanzu is to build the most thought-through math curriculum using personalized AI-aided methodology, which builds confidence in students, by enabling them to apply math in the real world. The Opportunity We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO and ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, communication, and various administrative tasks, freeing them up to focus on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Prioritise and manage incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and clear communication. • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail. • Organise and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for efficient record-keeping. • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively manage tasks to ensure a seamless workflow. • Arrange logistics for meetings and events, including booking venues, catering, and audiovisual equipment. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. • Conduct research and compile data to support the executive's work. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
