We have brought on board some of the world’s leading academic experts and policy practitioners to prepare students for a transformed path in nation-building by inculcating diverse skills necessary for a successful career in public life.   Job Description Kautilya School of Public Policy is looking to hire a self-starting, motivated individual as an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Dean. The suitable candidate will believe in Kautilya’s mission of creating an inclusive public policy ecosystem. The EA will support the Dean in managing internal and external stakeholders of the organisation; he/she will act as a point of contact to the Dean’s office and handle all the correspondence activities from the Dean’s office. Managing Dean’s calendar, and travel itineraries, taking dictations and minutes of the meetings, and producing reports and presentations for the Dean’s. Maintaining the Dean’s office and handling confidential information and communications, including social media platforms. This position is a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
