Job Title: Full-Time Faculty - Event Management Location: Times and Trends Academy, Deccan, Pune Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong background in Event Management to join our team. As a Full-Time Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in educating and mentoring students, conducting engaging lectures, and contributing to the overall academic and extracurricular activities of the department. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lectures with excellent communication skills. Conduct practical sessions aligned with the syllabus. Specialization in preferred subjects: Production, Food and Beverage, Estimation, Event Decor, Sales, Marketing & Sponsorship. Mentor students during competitions and events. Assist in academic administrative work to ensure smooth departmental functioning. Qualifications: BBA/MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management & Hotel Management. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Event Management. Skills and Attributes: Passion for teaching and student development. Up-to-date knowledge of the Event Management industry.
