POST: FACULTY MEMBER (TEACHER)

• IIT DIVISION:

Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry (Also Full Chemistry)

• Salary: Min. - 10 LPA – Max. - 50 LPA 
• MEDICAL DIVISION:

Subjects: Botany, Zoology, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry (Also Full Chemistry)

•   - Salary: Min. - 10 LPA – Max. - 50 LPA 
• FOUNDATION (6th – 10th) DIVISION:

Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mental Ability, Social Studies

•   Salary: Min. - 6 LPA – Max. - 15 LPA 

ACADEMIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (R&D):

  - Persons with good subject knowledge in the mentioned subjects, interest & experience in making question papers, assignments, study material, etc.

•   - Salary: Min. - 5 LPA – Max. - 8 LPA 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

FOR IIT/MEDICAL/FOUNDATION/ ACADEMIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Imparting and dissemination of education to the students to the best of his/ her ability at classrooms. (Not applicable for R&D)
2. Imparting and dissemination of education to the students to the best of his/ her ability through online mode of classes, take live classes or classes through any other digital mode as desired by the organisation from time to time. (Not applicable for R&D)
3. Record video and audio lectures, solutions, assignments, projects, classes, etc. 
4. Review and provide his/ her inputs and suggestion in respect of study materials provided to students by the organisation from time to time to keep it updated and relevant.
5. Formulate/ prepare question papers for internal tests of students.
6. Conduct internal test of students.
7. Verification and marking of answer sheets of students. 
8. Participate in presentation, seminars and workshops if required by the organisation.
9. Assist management in recruitment process of competent employees and in their training. (Not applicable for Freshers)

ELIGIBILITY:

• For Mathematics, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry (Also Full Chemistry): B.Tech / B.E./ M.Tech/ M.Sc/ PhD from IITs, NITs or reputed colleges/ Universities.
• For Biology, Botany, Zoology: M.Sc. in relevant field, M.Tech/B.Tech in Biotechnology from recognized institutions (IITs, DU, BHU, AMU, Pune University or reputable colleges/universities). Preferably MBBS/MD/PhD, GATE (Life Science) or CSIR qualified. SPM – Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Fellowship, JRF – Junior Research Fellow, SRF – Senior Research Fellow are also preferred.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Experience in any recognized institute is preferable.
• Cultured, pleasing, and dynamic.
• Energetic and fast learner.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi & English.
