We are looking for a passionate and experienced Faculty Trainer to join our team. As a Faculty Trainer, you will be responsible for training our faculty members to deliver high-quality education and provide guidance in their professional development. Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching or faculty training
• Experience in the IT Edutech industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Unity and Game Development
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about education and technology

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for faculty members to enhance their teaching skills
• Develop and deliver training programs on various pedagogical techniques, instructional strategies, and technology integration
• Provide guidance and support to faculty members in curriculum development and course design
• Assist in the assessment and evaluation of faculty performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into training programs
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials
• Organize workshops and seminars for faculty members to foster continuous learning and professional development
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and faculty feedback
