Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Faculty for MBA in healthcare management. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for conducting MBA classes in healthcare management, developing curriculum, grading assignments, and providing guidance to students. You will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends and participate in research or consultancy projects.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in healthcare management.
• Prior teaching experience in MBA programs, preferably in healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including healthcare policies, regulations, and trends.
• Experience in curriculum development and course design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver lectures and engage students.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Research experience in healthcare management is a plus.
• Industry experience in healthcare management or consulting is desirable.
