Role And Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Female Warden/House parent to join our team. As a Male Warden, you will ensure the safety and well-being of male students residing in the sports institute. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and monitoring the activities of female students in the sports institute.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the students at all times.
• Maintaining discipline and enforcing institute rules and regulations.
• Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the institute premises.
• Assisting in the organization of sports events and activities.
• Providing guidance and support to students in their academic and personal endeavors.
• Communicating with parents/guardians regarding student welfare and progress.
• Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Female Warden or in a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of sports activities and safety protocols.
• Patient and supportive approach towards students.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
