Job Description

BUSINESS OVERVIEW -:

NIIT's Career Education Business delivers a diverse range of learning and talent development programs to millions of individual and corporate learners in areas including Banking & Finance, Information Technology and Digital Media Marketing, It focuses on providing enhancement & employability skills to learners.

JOB ROLE -:

Overall KPI: Enquiry/Lead Generation, Counselling, Conversion, payment collection

  1. Meet Enrolment /Order Intake Goal
  2. Use different means to generate Enquiries (BTL activities, Job drives, College connect(limited), employment exchanges etc.)
  3. Conduct a compliant Admission process ; ensure admission of students who qualify through the process
  4. Ensure System update and daily reporting
  5. Travel to various locations and conduct enrolment drives

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Market Understanding;

    Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organized sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc)

  2. Enquiry Generation:
    1. Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector work force, etc within the location or outside location.
    2. Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.
    3. Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidates
    4. Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations
    5. Create and Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month
    6. Activity management end to end, generate database of eligible candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects/database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role
  3. Admission Process:
    1. Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students
    2. Ensure students admission process is followed
  4. System Update & daily Reporting:
    1. Update system regularly
    2. Daily activity reporting
    3. Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch
