Designation: Manager - Field Sales
Location: Delhi
Experience Range: 4.0 To 7.0 yrs
Salary Range: - 7.00 To 9.60
Job Profile:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market penetration and increase sales revenue within the assigned territory.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring performance and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance brand reputation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry regulations, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, customer meetings, and industry events to demonstrate effective sales techniques and build credibility with clients.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to support the professional growth and development of the sales team members.
Requirements:
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales within the Edtech, School, or E-learning industry.
• Possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks, including presentations, communication, and data management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must know about B2B Sales.
