Physics Wallah is hiring for Floor Incharge !!!!

Location - Nashik Maharashtra ( Local candidates are preferred )

Experience - 1-5 years ( Experience required in the education sector )

Salary - 3LPA - 4LPA

Job Summary:

The FOT member is responsible for maintaining discipline within the classroom environment and overseeing allocated floor activities. They play a pivotal role in relaying daily academic and non-academic communications to faculty and students, ensuring smooth operation of class sessions, addressing concerns promptly, and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive 30 minutes before class for testing in the morning once in a day.
• Ensure adherence to classroom rules and regulations
• Distribute study materials,etc. on time.
• Take attendance if needed.
• Support test invigilation online and offline.
• Maintain discipline
• Provide support to faculty
• Perform checks on equipment
• Ensure timely updates of required software, folders, and assets.

Communication and Coordination:

• Coordinate issue resolution with respective stakeholders.
• Resolve/raise daily issues.
• Ensure proper microphone handling and audio/Video quality.
• Help and train new FOTs and ensure SOP adherence.

Requirements:

• 12th pass or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in classroom equipment and software and Familiar with Computer
• Previous experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Should understand both English and Hindi languages.
