Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons in physics, chemistry, and biology.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and competitive exam requirements (IIT/JEE/NEET).
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to meet students' learning needs and ensure comprehension of concepts.
- Provide regular feedback and assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in science and mathematics education and exam patterns.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic performance and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in physics, chemistry, biology, or related field.
- Prior teaching experience with K-10 students, preferably in a coaching institute or school.
- Strong understanding of foundational concepts in physics, chemistry, and biology.
- Familiarity with curriculum and exam patterns of competitive exams (IIT/JEE/NEET).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in nurturing students' academic and personal growth.
Note:
- Relocation to Jubail/Dammam/Riyadh required.
