Position Overview: Antaha LLC is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join the team as part of the Founder's Office. This role will directly support Sitender Sehrawat, the founder of Antaha LLC, in various administrative, strategic, and operational tasks. Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: Manage the founder's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle email correspondence, prioritize incoming requests, and draft responses on behalf of the founder. 2. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes. 3. Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate communication, follow-ups, and information dissemination as needed. 4. Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage special projects and events initiated by the founder, primarily public speaking engagements, responding to invites, and coordinating events, workshops, and teaching sessions hosted by the founder. 5. Documentation and Organization: Maintain organized records and documentation related to the founder's activities, meetings, and projects. Keep track of key milestones, action items, and deadlines. 6. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field. - Proven experience in a similar role providing executive-level support, preferably within a startup or entrepreneurial environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools. - Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
