Position: – Manager/ Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Franchise Business
Candidate Profile:
• Graduates in any stream/MBA with a passion for sales.
• 1-3 years of experience in Franchise appointment and/or channel management.
• Candidates with exposure to Education industry - preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be a quick learner and be adaptable to work in a fast-paced work culture.
• Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills are a must.
Job Description:
• Channel Operations: Oversee daily franchisee operations and ensure compliances.
• Channel Support: Support the franchise partners and their teams in sales, business development, operations, training and marketing / promotions.
• Channel Appointment: Out-bound calling to prospective franchise partners / leads. Understanding their profile, readiness, budget availability, exposure / willingness to act as an Ed-tech franchise partner. Explain them our proposal, investments, benefits and business potential. • Place of posting will be Noida.
Key Result Areas:
• Ensure that Franchise partners’ business volumes and profitability objectives are met.
• Meeting and exceeding channel appointment count & license fee revenue targets.
