Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise sales and expand the reach of the vocational training institute. - Identify potential franchise partners and negotiate franchise agreements. - Provide support and guidance to franchisees to ensure successful implementation of the training programs. - Coordinate with franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for franchising and expansion. - Manage the master franchising process and oversee the development of new franchise locations. - Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support franchise sales.
