Experience: 4 to 6 years in Franchisee Management (Preferably from the education sector) and 2 - 3 years experience in B2B Sales

Job Description :
· Opening & developing franchise outlets across Metro Cities, Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in South India.
· Identifying interested parties, meeting them, and convincing them to take up franchise.
· Generation & Closing Leads for Franchisees.
· Devising ways to increase the profitability of franchisee
· Sales forecast for the Franchisee’s Sales.
· Drive the Franchisee’s Sales Team to achieve Revenue Targets for the Courses and Corporate Training through regular reviews, training, and motivation.
· Organize and conduct Seminars in Colleges / Educational Institutions along with the Franchisee’s Faculty
· Train and develop Franchisee’s Sales Team to get Corporate Training Revenue
· Meet up with Corporates and Colleges for Corporate Training Sales
· Work closely with the head of operations to make annual franchise plans and their implementation.
Desired Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication Skills in English
· Good Presentation Skills
· Good Selling Skills and Sales Management Skills
· Should be good in B2B & B2C sales
· Good Leadership skills
· Must be Goal Oriented
Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA
The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years experience in handling Franchisees / Dealers and 2 - 3 years experience in B2B Sales
He should have exposure in Selling to Corporate & MSMEs
He should have experience in managing a sales team (B2B sales)
He should be willing to travel extensively.
Desired candidate: Young, energetic with a go-getter attitude having franchise development experience of not less than 4 years.
Salary : 4 to 5 Lacs p.a. plus incentives and perks.
