Front Desk Executive (Job Vacancy)

**Overview:** Future Link Consultants, a leading visa and immigration consultancy, is seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk while efficiently managing administrative tasks and keeping records updated. **Responsibilities:** 1. Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. 2. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner. 3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. 5. Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. 6. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for consultants. 7. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems. 8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 9. Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 11. Handle any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Professional appearance and demeanor. 7. Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is a plus. 8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
