Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant at Presidency School located in Ajmer. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, clerical duties, appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications :

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling
• Strong administrative assistance skills
• Good clerical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others
• High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in education or a relevant field is preferred.
