Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Executive at SI-UK in Amritsar. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and managing day-to-day front office operations. The Front Office Executive will also be responsible for communicating with students through calling support along with managing the administrative support to the branch office Qualifications • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service • Experience in front office operations and receptionist duties • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Familiarity with the education industry and study abroad processes • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
