Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical. Assist with record keeping and data entry.   Office Operations: Provide support to various departments by assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Organize and maintain office policies and procedures. Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and invoices.   Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Facilitate effective communication within the office and between departments. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as required.
