Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Faculty at IIHS in Udaipur. The Front Office Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures and conducting practical training sessions for students in the field of Front Office Operations and Management. The role also involves curriculum development, student assessment, and providing career guidance to students. The Front Office Faculty will work closely with other faculty members and industry professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and training.

  • involved in teaching or assisting with academic activities and curriculum for Front Office & Housekeeping
  • overseeing the daily operations of the campus
  • managing administrative tasks
  • coordinating with various departments,
  • handling inquiries and communication at the front desk, and providing support to students and staff.
  • responsible for admissions, scheduling, organizing events, and ensuring a smooth functioning of the campus

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Front Office Operations and Management
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in curriculum development and student assessment
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant hotel management software
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Hotel Management
  • Prior teaching or training experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Ability to mentor and guide students in their career development
