Here's what you will be doing : We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Fullstack Engineer to join our team in the 2nd shift hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST shift ). As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our software applications, ensuring their smooth functioning and optimal performance. Additionally, you will work closely with our customer support team, collaborating to provide timely solutions to the School’s issues and enhance their overall experience. Required Skills: • Strong proficiency in node.js and Javascript, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. • Extensive experience with SQL databases, including designing database schemas and optimizing queries for performance. • Proficiency in node.js for backend development • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work in the 2nd shift to coordinate effectively with the customer support team. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a passion for learning and improving skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the customer support team to understand their requirements and provide technical assistance and solutions to address customer / School’s issues. • Participate in regular meetings with the customer support team to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by schools, delivering efficient and effective solutions. • Work on feature enhancements and bug fixes based on school feedback and internal requirements. • Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of our software applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to implement new features and improvements. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement. • Write clear and concise technical documentation to support internal teams and schools.
