Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Property management - This includes performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition. This includes various AMCs and Insurances.
  • Negotiations, and finalizations of agreements with vendors – housekeeping, security, maintenance, insurance, etc.
  • Liaise with Government authorities – BMC, MHADA
  • Knowledge of Foreigners Regional Registration Officers (FRRO) compliances
  • People management – He will ensure that the admin staff report to him, carry out their relevant duties efficiently, and meet all deadlines. The smooth and efficient running of the overall administration will come under his direct authority
  • Provide all administrative support as may be required by the Principal of the school and college at any time for the smooth functioning of the institute.
  • Oversee any emergency conditions concerning the hospitalization of any staff member or student/guest if they were within school premises when this action is required
  • Ensure safe evacuation of all from school premises in case of a fire /natural emergency/ security threat. Ensure the safety and security of everyone within the campus at all times.
  • Ensure all statutory compliances are up to date as well as insurance contracts are renewed timely
  • Systems and Equipment – Ensure the life cycle is maintained on time repairs & maintenance
  • Events – oversee seamless planning and execution
  • Budgets and Records, Inventory control, CAPEX & OPEX
  • Liaise with HR for recruitment and induction of team when required
  • Legal - He should know statewide and national laws and maintain all statutory compliances
  • Any other activities and assignments by the Board

Education and Skills – Graduate/postgraduate with a minimum 10 years of managerial experience in the service industry Knowledge of relevant technology, excellent written and oral communication skills, professional and flexible attitude towards change and continuous improvement.
