JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented, experienced Global Admissions Executive to join our team in Noida, India. Working within the international education sector, you will be responsible for processing student applications, identifying and implementing continuous improvements, and interacting with Agents, Students, and Parents during the Admissions process.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail, an ability to work independently, a passion for customer service, and an advanced level of English language.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Effective and accurate processing of student applications and related materials in order to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • A subject matter expert and key point of contact within the Admissions team (usually within a specific market) to internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying and support the implementation of continuous improvements, including reviewing and updating processes and controls to ensure consistency across Operations
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Admissions Executives to improve their experience and knowledge
  • Support the Admissions Manager in managing team worklists and priorities to achieve SLA’s and provide data insights to support the effective performance management of the team
  • Support Admissions Executives to increase their experience and knowledge through work shadowing, quality reviews and oversight of more complex cases.
  • Interacting with Agents, Students and Parents during the Admissions process, and liaising with internal agencies to resolve issues as required and manage escalations and errors through to completion
  • Methodical use of systems (including Study Global, SIS, SMS) in order to accurately capture information and to ensure applications are processed appropriately and within Service Level.
  • Processing of cancellations and associated financial adjustments as required.
  • Participate in internal or external audits relating to Admissions as required.
  • Owning additional tasks as delegated by the Global Admissions Operations Director or Senior Managers as appropriate.

  • Prior experience operating in a lead or supervisory capacity
  • Highly organised; able to prioritise activities and work to tight deadlines
  • Problem solving skills – gathers information about complex issues before trying to reach and implement a solution
