Job Description:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, maximizing ad performance, and optimizing campaign strategies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the EdTech industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results through Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns, Meta Ads to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign objectives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices related to Google Ads.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates on campaign progress and effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance within allocated budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within the EdTech or related industry.
  • Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of campaign management, targeting, and optimization techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of keyword research tools and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
