Responsibilities • Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, UI / UX design, infographics, brochures, ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience. • Conceptualization and Ideation: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics. Generate creative concepts and design ideas that align with project goals and resonate with the intended audience. • Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc). iScholar Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, while adhering to deadlines and project timelines. Keep track of project progress. • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, and developers. Seek and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual branding across all design assets and marketing channels.  Qualifications • Minimum Education Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree. • Need to have minimum 2 to 3 years of Experience as a Graphic Designer. • Needs to have hands on experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc). • Excellent communication skills.
