We now need a Graphic Designer to co-create this unique learning experience with us. Your role: We're looking for a talented, self-driven graphic designer to join our Creative Team.  Your primary focus is conceptualisation, creation and execution of all visual creative content for Workverse and its programs. Your visual storytelling skills will be put to use to develop compelling content with a strong visual language, clear branding, unified design, and creative elements. As a graphic designer, you will need to work independently yet collaborate on projects, be resourceful to the team, and create practical and appealing graphic solutions across various media, both offline and online.  This role is ideal for a self-starter, a highly motivated individual, with great attention to detail and a humble confidence with their tasks. It's also an exciting opportunity for those who want to learn on the job, take on responsibilities and polish their skills.   ●    Compensation range: INR 4.2 LPA - INR 4.8 LPA ●    Location: Khar West, Mumbai (this is a work-from-office role) Your main responsibilities will be:  1.   Assist in creating and implementing design principles for all company products and communication. 2.   Contribute to the development of company brand guidelines to ensure consistency in branding. 3.   Collaborate with the design team to create an engaging UI for the website and workplace simulator, aimed at enhancing the learning experience. 4.Conduct research on various design principles to identify the most suitable approaches for our product. 5.   Work closely with different teams to develop design concepts and incorporate feedback. 6.   Gather information and data through research to develop design briefs. 7.   Generate new ideas and concepts through creative thinking. 8.   Adhere to project timelines as agreed upon. Who are we looking for? Background & experience: ●    Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. ●    Showcase a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate design aptitude, creativity, and problem-solving skills. ●    Familiarity with common UX and UI pattern and generating AI images ●    Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals. ●    Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva ●    Self-motivated and hard worker ●    Strong creative and analytical abilities. ●    Effective written and verbal communication skills ●    Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a willingness to support others. ●    Comfortable working with digital tools and Google G Suite Think you’re the one?
