Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) to attract high-quality leads, specifically tailored to our company's offerings in the EdTech space.
• Apply growth hacking principles to rapidly experiment, iterate, and scale successful marketing strategies, enhancing lead conversion and movement through the sales funnel.
• Design and execute targeted nurture campaigns, utilizing marketing automation and personalized content strategies to effectively engage leads at different stages of the funnel.
• Analyze and manage key metrics for business growth and revenue optimization, ensuring marketing budgets are allocated efficiently and aligned with our company's growth objectives.
• Continuously optimize marketing budgets across campaigns and channels, focusing on strategies that deliver the highest ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to our company’s growth strategy.
• Leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, utilizing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adapt marketing strategies based on performance data and evolving market trends.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in growth hacking, paid marketing, and apply innovative tactics to drive business growth.
• Conduct ongoing experiments with creative content and messaging to discover what resonates best with our target audiences.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings across all relevant platforms.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases for content optimization and targeting.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for maximum search visibility and user engagement.
• Promote a culture of innovation and agility, seeking out new growth hacking methods and tools to accelerate the company's expansion.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in growth marketing and growth hacking, ideally within the EdTech sector, demonstrating a successful track record in driving business growth.
• Expertise in utilizing digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics).
• Requires hands-on expertise in working with growth marketing metrics to drive strategies for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams within the company and with external partners.
• A creative and experimental mindset, eager to test new growth strategies and quickly adapt to feedback and market changes.
• Effective project management abilities, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in growth marketing strategies and implementation.
