About the Role:
We are seeking an individual for the Center of Excellence (CoE) role, who will spearhead strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects aimed at enhancing the People and Culture efforts at Leap.
The charter for this role will include:
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges
- Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to HR process optimization
- Act as a problem-solving resource for HR-related issues
Ideal Persona would:
- MBA in HR from a premium business school
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role or a similar position dedicated to managing projects and initiatives with the HR division
- Strong analytical skills with a great understanding of data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities using first principle thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
