HR DIRECTOR

Location: Hyderabad, India

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an HR Director to support the HR strategy and operational HR delivery across our premium schools in India.

The Role

As HR Director, you will be working with the Regional MD for the India region, supporting the school HR Managers, as well as working closely with the CHRO to drive the HR strategy across the region. Duties will include:

• Be responsible for supporting the Regional HRD and Managing Director, India in defining HR strategy and operational HR delivery in India.
• Ensure that HR objectives and action plans are developed and implemented to meet the needs of local operations in line with the Groups strategic business objectives.
• Ensure best proactive and legal compliance, suitable for the region in all aspects of HR management and people development.
• To support the Managing Director and Premium School Principals in growing the business through developing people capability which enables commercial awareness and solid business acumen.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

• HR Professional Qualification from Tier I institute
• Knowledge of law in multiple jurisdictions in the region
• Experience of managing and working with senior stakeholders
• Business focussed HR Director who can evidence strong commercial impact and understanding of the education sector
• Knowledge and experience of implementation of best HR practices
• Relevant work experience in Education Industry preferably K-12
• Experience of HR Governance and compliance
