Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This internship opportunity is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is passionate about human resource management. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the overall HR operations of our company. This is a remote internship position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Will get an opportunity to get placed if you do well.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proactive and resourceful with a drive to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintain HR records and documentation including employee contracts, attendance, and leave records
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation programs and training sessions
  • Support the HR team in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and welfare programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in resolving employee queries and grievances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR projects and initiatives

Internship Stipend

  • 2k-5k per month, depends on performance

Internship Period

  • 4 weeks to 12 weeks
