Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairdresser at Prakruthie Makeup & Hair Academy. The Hairdresser will be responsible for providing a range of hair-related services, such as hair styling, hair care, and hair cutting. The Hairdresser will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. The role will be based in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities for Hair Dresser

• Welcome students and specify their preferences by asking a pointed question based on their style and teach them.
• Teach whole salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, coloring, and styling
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio and your placement
• Maintain on the lid of current hair cutting,coloring,treatments and styling trends
• Aid to maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools
• If clients come then assure them with scheduled appointments welcome service promptly

Qualifications

• Diploma or hair dress related courses required
• 0-5 years experience cutting and hairstyling in a salon
• Need hairstyling license properly
• Experiences in updates of Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or similar
• Mastery in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Pleasant and professional demeanor
• Capable and willing to perform a flexible schedule
• Hair Styling and Hair Cutting skills
• Knowledge of Hair Care and Cosmetology
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in the beauty or hair industry is a plus
