Job Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for the pre-primary section, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods and instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor pre-primary teachers to ensure high-quality teaching practices.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teacher performance.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment among pre-primary faculty members.
• Oversee the well-being of pre-primary students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Masters degree in education or equivalent
• 12-15 Years of Senior Leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in any curriculum/ IGCSE (Preferred)
