Head- Retention and CRM Marketing in Bengaluru (Job Vacancy)

In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, reactivate old leads, optimize lead conversion, and enhance the overall consumer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies with CRM led communications aimed at reactivating old leads and encouraging them to consider upskilling with upGrad.
• Implement targeted engagement and communication plans to nurture old leads and drive them through the conversion funnel.
• Design and optimize nurturing journeys tailored to different stages of the conversion funnel to improve active lead conversion rates.
• Develop personalized communication strategies using marketing automation tools to engage leads effectively and drive conversions.
• Lead efforts to analyze customer data, behavior, and insights to optimize nurturing journeys and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• MBA from a top B-School.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in retention marketing, consumer journey marketing, or a related field within a consumer-focused industry (e.g., e-commerce, education technology, subscription services).
• Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar tools.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective lead nurturing strategies.
