Overview
We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled candidate for the position of *Head Admissions*.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership of Admissions number for the University.
- Strategize and launch the admission intake plan for the academic year.
- Ensure ample planning and correct allocation of targets to team members.
- Responsibility for admission targets.
- Compliance of admission processes to University policy and procedure.
- Mentor and guide team members for achieving performance targets.
- Analyse and revitalize admissions/sales strategies as per external dynamics.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimum conversion of enquiries and counselling.
- Monitor and report team performance and implement strategies to maximize intakes.
- To co ordinate with the University, Management office for the purpose of admission norms, web updates, brochures, digital activities and fee related matter.
- Managing a team of Counsellors, Admission Executives, Tele Counsellors.
- Responsible for training and inducting team members.
- Manage Seminar/Webinar and Outreach marketing activity throughout the year to ensure positive impact and image management.
- Any other assignments from the management from time to time.
Qualification
- Post Graduate with 6-7 years in leadership capacity from education industry with experience in admissions and business development.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills with proven track record in Sales and Business Development from Education Industry can apply.
